I keep missing my delivery. What should I do?

If a delivery attempt was unsuccessful, please contact the delivery service and arrange a second attempt. If the package isn’t received within a certain period of time, the delivery service will return it back to the warehouse and reshipment will be available as soon as the package has safely arrived back there. A responsible representative will contact you in such a scenario and reship the package.
