Our fulfilment facility begins processing your order within 2–5 business days after it’s been submitted. Keep in mind that packages aren’t transported on weekends or local public holidays. Usually, the parcel reaches the customer in 1–2 weeks.
Please note that for some items, such as pro-line coffee machines or specially ordered coffee items, delivery time can be extended. Don’t worry! If your delivery’s going to take longer than expected, you’ll be informed via e-mail.
