UNIQUE PROFILE SYSTEM FOR PRESSURE CONTROL
The Rocket Espresso five-step pressure profile system divides coffee brewing time into five equal time intervals. Different pressure can be set for each interval. The coffee machine has 5 pre-programmed profiles and one that you can program while making coffee. This opens up a wide range of opportunities to “play” with a wide variety of coffee flavors.
