Good and Proper “Iron Buddha”, or “Tie Guan Yin”, loose-leaf oolong tea is produced using the traditional method, meaning medium fermentation and long, careful baking over bamboo. The resulting infusion is rich and smooth, with notes of roasted chestnuts and dried fruit.
Origin: high-mountain oolong grown by a co-operative in Nantou, Taiwan

Water temperature: 90°C
Brew time: 6 minutes
Can be reinfused up to 5 times.
