The Black Crow presents: 

Breathe in the aroma of intense black tea flavoured with a pinch of cardamom and coupled with the delicate sweetness of chocolate… 

Flying high over the El Rubi estate in Colombia, one can see Nestor Lazo nurturing his plantations as if they were precious diamonds (this is where the name of the estate comes from: el rubi is Spanish for “ruby”). Nestor likes to experiment with different coffee varieties and unique processing methods, which is why he is now growing the exotic Pink Bourbon beans. Processed with the help of double fermentation (20 hours with the pulp on and then 40 hours without it), these beans are afterwards left out in the Colombian sun for 18 days. Having had a well-deserved rest on special African drying beds, they then continue their journey towards your coffee cup.
