Try the BRAZIL SANTA LUZIA coffee

Coffee Friend’s most popular specialty variety reaches us all the way from the famous specialty coffee estate of Fazenda Santa Luzia, which is located in the Brazilian region of Minas Gerais. The well-balanced flavour of this coffee combines sweet notes of milk chocolate and caramel with the refreshing, delightfully subtle aroma of ripe fruit.

Barista’s recommended brewing method

Inga suggests trying out the Chemex coffee maker. This gorgeous brewing tool (which, by the way, is part of the exhibition at New York’s Museum of Modern Art!) will enable you to brew some delicious coffee for both yourself and a bunch of guests. Brewing this coffee in a Chemex coffee maker will unveil subtle notes of chocolate and dried fruit (particularly prunes!).
