I purchased a Lelit Mara X from Coffee Friend in October. I initially had some concerns about keeping it due to my extremely small space, and what I appreciated was that Rose and others I dealt with at Coffee Friend didn't pressure me but gave me time to make a decision and offered the return option without any negativity. I did decide to keep the machine, and am very, very happy I did. Rose, the Sales Manager, in particular went above and beyond to deal with a small issue I had with the machine.
