Ground coffee Charles Liégeois Kivu, 250 g

Not produced

Details

The rich and pleasant taste of this coffee is the result of the unique location in which it’s been grown. In Africa, right on the border between Congo and Rwanda, stretches Lake Kivu. Right next to it, in the mountains, coffee beans of the highest quality grow — these beans are what this coffee is made of.

High altitude, rich soils and tropical climate endow this coffee with a strong, rich flavour and a pleasant, long-lasting aftertaste.

By choosing this coffee, you’re supporting the small coffee farmers of the Amka cooperative, located in the region of Kivu. Ever since its establishment in 2008, the Comequi association has been seeking to provide the villagers living on the shores of Lake Kivu — particularly those who have settled in the Minova region — with the means to achieve sustainable development on their own, hence increasing their income and improving their living conditions.

Ingredients: ground roasted organic coffee*.

*Grown in organic farms: certified in accordance with BE-BIO-01.

Storage conditions: store in a dry, cool place.
