“Flair 58 Plus” is a barista-level espresso maker, capable of recreating all of your favourite recipes. As such, the “58 Plus” model requires a full kit of brewing accessories to ensure top performance. Brewing with “Flair 58 Plus” requires you to have the following:

– A high-quality burr grinder suited for making espresso. Brewing espresso with your “Flair 58 Plus” is both a work of art and a scientific project, which is why you must use an espresso-capable burr grinder alongside this coffee maker. Your best bet is a grinder with a stepless grind adjustment system.

– High-quality kettle. While a temperature-controlled kettle is not required for brewing with “Flair 58 Plus”, it’ll definitely improve your workflow and make the experience more enjoyable. To allow for precise thermal inputs, a kettle with a thermometer is a must though.

– Digital scale. Any scale will do, but keep in mind that repeatable results require both your inputs and outputs to be measured.
