PREPARATION: Pour water at around 95 °C over one teabag and infuse for 4–5 minutes for one cup, or 5–7 minutes for a small teapot. Remove the teabag and serve.

French Earl Grey: loose leaf black tea 99%, bergamot 1%. 

Chamomile: chamomile flowers (camellia sinensis 70% / matricaria chamomilla 30%).
