“Ode” is not suited for the espresso brewing method, but it works great for tools like AeroPress®, pour-over brewers, electric coffee makers, French presses, cold brew makers, and more.

Surprisingly precise particle size is made possible thanks to the café-sized flat burrs and easy grind adjustment that includes 11 settings and as many as 31 steps.

“Ode Brew Gen 2” is an upgrade to the original version, refreshed with some handy new features to improve your daily brewing experience.
“Ode Brew Gen 2” comes with:
– Updated brew burrs (“Gen 2 Brew Burrs”) designed specially for “Ode” by Fellow’s VP of R&D Nick Terzulli. – Anti-static technology, which reduces the retention of coffee grounds in the grinder from ~1 g to as low as 0.1 g. As a result, the grinding process is much less messy. – Larger hopper that holds 100 g of beans—enough for 12 cups of coffee if the golden ratio of 1:16 is used. – Steeper hopper angles to help feed beans down the chute for speedier grinding. – Larger, redesigned catch cup that holds 100 g of ground coffee and makes it easier to pour ground coffee into your brewing tool of choice.
The model’s 64-mm flat burrs and motor are geared towards drip and immersion brewing, so this grinder is not suited for making espresso.
