Reminiscent of delicate green tea with subtle floral notes, this drink leaves a lasting impression with its slowly unfolding aroma of roses.

HOW TO BREW?

Pour 2–3 rosebuds into a cup, then add water at a temperature of ~95 °C. Let steep for 3 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Try adding a slice of lemon or a sprig of mint for some extra flavour!
