Ordered a Delonghi Evo expected delivery was 3-5 business days. The package was delayed and there were no updates on the DPD tracking website (that parts on DPD). I emailed the coffeefriend support address did not get a reply. The package arrived today in Ireland with a two prong EU plug instead of the 3 prong UK/ Ireland plug. There was no adapter either. So now after the package getting delayed I cant even use the machine. I tried to call the support number for the EU – no respone looks like its not a valid number. Called the UK support number who in fairness did try to help but said its the EU department that manages Ireland so he could only pass on the message. Sent an email to their support – no response. The website I ordered from is .ie, the package was shipped to Ireland it should come with an Irish plug! Or state clearly on the website when ordering that it comes with an EU plug or potentially an adapter.
