I purchased a Lelit Mara X from Coffee Friend in October. I initially had some concerns about keeping it due to my extremely small space, and what I appreciated was that Rose and others I dealt with at Coffee Friend didn't pressure me but gave me time to make a decision and offered the return option without any negativity.
