Having been told that it’s one of the best manual machines out there, now it’s just down to the ingredients and my skills.

I waited 21 days for the coffee cups ,it had been scaned 35 times by people at different depots around poland and the uk ,if i thought that was the case ,wouldn't have ordered them i thought these people were a british company ,thats why i ordered them ,its always best to shop around ,they arrived eventually, nice but not worth the wait ,they can blame brexit ,for a lot, but is only an excuse not be buying again from them

Fantastic machine!

Having had to wait for the machine I ordered and paid for in December, brexit apparently. It arrived today with a two pin plug on!!! When you order from a company in the UK I expect a 3 pin plug on it. Very disappointed as this was a present.

I ordered a coffee machine three weeks ago. It was “in stock”. Several days after ordering I was advised it was in Poland. After three weeks I was advised that they had made a mistake and sold all the stock and would not be getting the machine again. That said it was a system bug, I could have my money back and said sorry. Should never have described as in stock on a UK site. They had a contract according to their terms and just walked away through incompetence after keeping me waiting several weeks. Do not use their site.

Arrived with a non-uk plug, apprantly it says that it the smallest of small print. Then wanted me to pay to return it. Very disappointed

Purchased a coffee machine costing £100 it arrived not working after liasing with someone called Laura my machine was allegedly sent to Poland for repairs! After a couple of weeks I was billed another £26 for my machine to be returned. For approximately three weeks the machine worked now once again it isn't working again same issue as before. I have tried contacting the above mentioned Laura and her email address is no longer accepting emails. So customers of coffeefriend don't buy a coffee machine from them you get goods that don't work and repair bills that you shouldn't as for asking for a refund clearly not a response they respond to. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Don't buy a machine I'm sure the pods are fine though

European plugs on all appliances! I bought from this company as they say they are a UK company but in fact they are a European company and only send out machines with European plugs, and an conversion adapter so the plug sticks right out from the wall. When you mention this they say it is in the small print. Yes it is very small and right at the bottom of the description. Shame on you coffee “friend”

I purchased a Lelit Mara X in October from Coffee Friend as they offered the best price and I read excellent reviews on them. The service provided was excellent. I had a few questions and small issues which were resolved swiftly, fairly and in a friendly and helpful manner. Rose in particular was fabulous to deal with. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
