The sweet aromas of cocoa and caramel fill the air, coupled with a subtle hint of hazelnut…
This coffee begins its journey at Fazenda Santa Barbara in Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil – an area renowned for its ideal conditions for growing high-quality coffee. Behind this coffee stands a family legacy. For over 50 years, three generations have cultivated coffee with purpose and dedication, combining tradition with professionalism. From grandfather to grandson, the same mission has been carried forward: to grow coffee with purpose and deliver excellence rooted in quality, sustainability, and craftsmanship. Grown at approximately 1,300 meters above sea level, the Yellow Bourbon variety benefits from the region’s fertile soils, mild climate, and generations of coffee-growing expertise. The beans are processed using the traditional natural method, allowing the coffee cherry’s sweetness to fully develop and creating a cup that is remarkably sweet, balanced, and clear.

Only coffees that score over 80 points out of the possible 100 are awarded the specialty title.
