Awesome company and price! The Flair is of course a top-notch product and having had the Signature for years and tried the Pro 2, I’d say the Pro 3 isn’t a huge upgrade in terms of the coffee you can make, but in terms of workflow with the new funnel and of course the included manometre it is a great improvement. If you have the Pro 2, I’d say just get a funnel for pre-heating and you’re set.
