With no electronics and only one moving part, “9Barista” is beautifully simple.
The “9Barista” espresso machine is a true innovation and an impressive feat of coffee machine engineering. Designed by espresso fanatic and jet engineer William Playford, the machine produces real espresso on the stove. How? By using the same principles as those found in jet engines—high pressures, perfectly controlled temperatures, and precise engineering—to bring it all together.
REAL ESPRESSO ON THE STOVE
Unlike other stovetop coffee makers, “9Barista” consistently produces 9 bars of pressure at 93 °C—perfect for brewing beautifully balanced, high-quality espresso.
INHERENT RELIABILITY
Constructed from solid brass, and with no electronics or moving parts (apart from its spring), “9Barista” is engineered to last a lifetime.
COST-EFFECTIVE & FAST
“9Barista” uses fresh ground coffee instead of pods. If you add up the cost, “9Barista” will pay for itself in about a year! It’s surprisingly fast too: your espresso is ready in only 3–6 minutes.
SMALL & VERSATILE
Delightfully compact, “9Barista” works on any cooker: from electric hobs, including induction (an additional induction plate is required), to gas or even camping stoves!
