6 PRESET BREWING MODES 

Enjoy your coffee just the way you like it with 6 unique brewing modes: Gold Cup, Fast, Strong, Cold, Pour-Over or My Brew. 

“MY BREW” MODE FOR INDIVIDUAL SETTINGS 

The My Brew mode allows you to customise almost every possible setting: blooming time, blooming volume, brewing temperature and flow rate.  

“GOLD CUP” STANDARDS

Select the Gold Cup mode and the Sage brewer will automatically adjust the brewing temperature and time to meet the standards set by the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association). 

“COLD BREW” MODE 

The Cold Brew mode lets you prepare delicious cold-brew coffee. 

TWO FILTER BASKETS FOR DIFFERENT BREWING VOLUMES  

Brew any volume of coffee exactly the way you like it with the flat-bottom and cone filter baskets, both of which are included in the full set.

SMALL CUP DETECTION 

This innovative feature controls how long the contact between water and coffee lasts when brewing single-serve portions of up to 450 ml or making cold-brew coffee.

AUTO-START FUNCTION 

This feature means that the brewer can automatically start brewing coffee at a preset time.

CAPACITY 

The capacity of the water tank is 1.7 l, allowing you to brew up to 12 cups of coffee at a time.

The following accessories are included in the full set: a glass carafe, a coffee spoon, a cone filter basket insert, a mesh filter basket, a flat-bottom filter basket paper pack (10 pieces), a water hardness test strip.
