HOW DOES IT TASTE?

The first sip is smooth and velvety, with a lightly sweet finish reminiscent of roasted sesame and acacia honey. The middle notes reveal deep nutty-caramel tones with a delicate hint of cocoa. The finish is soft, earthy, and soothing, without a trace of bitterness.

Preparation: pour 100 ml of water at 70–80°C over 1.5 g of the product (slightly less than a teaspoon), then whisk vigorously using a traditional chasen or an electric milk frother until a thick foam forms.
