In the lush highlands of the Ethiopian Sidamo region lies the district of Bona Zuria—home to the renowned Abore coffee estate. Perched at around 2000 metres above sea level and managed by Asefa Dukamo Korma, this estate brings together over a thousand smallholder farmers cultivating unique Ethiopian coffee varieties. The high altitude, cool climate, and meticulous processing all contribute to the extraordinary clarity and complexity of this one-of-a-kind specialty coffee.
