Run by José Nahun Fernández Sabillón, it’s here where the Parainema varietal that makes up this lot develops its vibrant flavour. The region’s unique microclimate, careful natural processing, and exceptional craftsmanship of Nahun Sabillón have resulted in this coffee being recognised on the international stage too, with the fourth place in the Cup of Excellence competition solidifying its status as one of the finest coffee varieties in the world.
