How to prepare the ice cream?

Mix 2 kg of the dry mix with 4 L of water and pour into a soft ice cream machine. Use only clean, dry utensils when handling the mix and reseal the package tightly after use.

Ingredients: sugar, skimmed MILK powder, glucose syrup, whole MILK powder, LACTOSE, vegetable fat (coconut), MILK proteins, stabilizers: locust bean gum, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, carrageenan, xanthan gum; emulsifiers: E472b, E477; flavourings, SOY flour, vanilla extract (0.1%), colour: carotenes. May contain traces of EGGS, ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, WALNUTS, and PISTACHIOS.
