European plugs on all appliances! I bought from this company as they say they are a UK company but in fact they are a European company and only send out machines with European plugs, and an conversion adapter so the plug sticks right out from the wall. When you mention this they say it is in the small print. Yes it is very small and right at the bottom of the description. Shame on you coffee “friend”

I purchased a Lelit Mara X in October from Coffee Friend as they offered the best price and I read excellent reviews on them. The service provided was excellent. I had a few questions and small issues which were resolved swiftly, fairly and in a friendly and helpful manner. Rose in particular was fabulous to deal with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Exceptional service and friendly, helpful staff. Thank you.

We have had a Delonghi bean to cup machine for 7 years and it has served us very well but decided to upgrade as a present for my husband’s birthday. After much deliberation, we decided upon the Sage SES920. I was disappointed to find that it was out of stock at Sage, John Lewis and Amazon (my usual go-to contacts) and I then came across The Coffee Mate/Coffee Friend UK. Not only was the machine in stock but it was £120 less than anywhere else! I contacted the ChatLine and communicated with Rose who was extremely helpful and efficient and it was only at that point that I realised the machine would be coming from Europe, although she assured me that Express Delivery could be arranged and that the machine would be with me the following day. I placed the order with fingers crossed as I was a little sceptical about it reaching me in the timeframe mentioned. True to Rose’s word, the coffee machine arrived via TNT within 24 hours -the tracking process available throughout was fascinating to witness. The machine arrived well packaged and in first-class condition. The Customer Service and tracking provided by Coffee Friend has been first class. They are extremely efficient, easy and pleasant to deal with and their communication throughout the process is excellent. I would highly recommend them and will be spreading the word….

Absolutely disgraceful company to deal with purchased a Mellitta tsmart machine, which worked for two weeks was returned to them. Customer service a joke, they returned me the machine in a condition that can only be described as appalling. Only wish I could post pictures Any further inf don’t hesitate to contact me directly on [email protected] DISGUSTING

Sorry I reviewed the coffee machine and not the supplier! I ordered on Friday but had a call on Monday to say it was out-of-stock. I was offered an alternative version of the Gaggia Viva at the same price and accepted. It arrived the next day by courier. And a few days later I had an email receipt for the changed version. All said this was excellent service!

Have tried ringing coffee mate at least 6 times and all I get is no one here right now but please leave a message. No one has yet bothered to reply or answer my emails. Not very happy with the after sales.

I would suggest a slightly different appearance or welcome page. I was put off the coffee mood when I came to your page. But you do have a great range of products that is up there with the best. I’d suggest something a bit warmer? Feels like I clicked on some sort of cheap sales page. But asides from that great products & service. This is just my opinion 🙂
