LOW-PRESSURE PRE-INFUSION FOLLOWED BY 9-BAR EXTRACTION

An opulent, creamy, caramel-coloured espresso starts with low-pressure pre-infusion, which is then followed by high-pressure (9 bar) extraction delivered via Sage’s robust Italian pump.
